Yes — a studio operator is always there to handle the cameras, lights, audio, and live switching.
Everything: 2 cameras, 2 mics, lighting, real-time camera switching, and same-day file delivery via Google Drive.
Yes — you’ll get both the live-cut video and all raw video/audio files after your session.
Yes! Add it when booking for $50. We’ll provide the iPad and remote — no setup required on your end.
All files are uploaded to your Google Drive within 24 hours of your session.
Yes, you may reschedule once per session, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made less than 24 hours before your session will not be refundable.
Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session depending on same-day availability.
Your session time does not extend if you arrive late. We’ll do our best to make the most of the remaining time, but delays over 15 minutes may be considered a missed session and are non-refundable.
